First step is to analyze market direction. A collection must be fully aligned with brand identity, but still be relevant with market directions. Trends selection for graphics, fabrics, shapes, trims and em-bellishments is where everything start.

Plan

A succesful collection doesn't come just from creativity, planning is the key to success. Starting with a strategic line sheet will lead to the develompment of a balanced and complete capsule.

Fabric&Wash
COORINDATION

The key elements for a pair of jeans are: fabric and wash. Fabric selection first, wash direction after is the ABC. Nothing can come without it. At this stage we also proceed with shrinkage tests, a crucial step to achieve the correct fit after the washing stage.

Collection
Design

Once themes, budget, fabric and washes have been defined we start de-signing:

a balanced combination of elements that create a complete capsule together with seasonal branding and trims, graphics and embellishments.

Planning a complete wash range is part of this stage as well.

Wash
Workshop

Once the collection plan, fabric selection, and the trend and design direction have been complete, the wash workshop must follow. The wash workshop is a useful tool to test and finalize the recipe for each one of the washes that will be implemented in the final garments. This comprehensive process is done in order to assure the achievement of the most precise look starting from the first proto sample

Collection
Development

While we finalize in the laundry wash recipes, graphics and detail, our sample room proceed with paper pattern

Once all the "ingredients" are ready (design, washes, graphics and fit), we can proceed on final garment.

After first proto sample is ready we usually have one fit session followed by a second sample remaking to achieve perfect items.
